How much does figure painting cost?

Pricing varies from 150€ to 500€ depending on size and complexity. Each piece is custom-quoted based on your specific project requirements.
How long does a commission take?

Turnaround time ranges from 1 to 7 weeks depending on size and complexity. You'll receive an estimated completion timeline when your quote is approved.
Do you ship internationally?

It depends on the location and whether we can find a reasonably priced postal service. Our priority is ensuring your shipment arrives intact. Contact us with your location and we'll work out the best shipping solution for you.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card transfer, bank transfer, PayPal, and Revolut. A 50% deposit is required to start work, with the remaining 50% due before shipping.
Do I need to pay upfront?

Yes, a 50% advance payment is required to secure your commission slot and begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon completion before shipping.
Can I request specific colors or custom schemes?

Absolutely! Custom color schemes are our specialty. Send us reference images, color swatches, or describe your vision. We'll work with you to nail the perfect look before we start painting.
Do you paint models I send you?

Of course! You can ship your assembled or unassembled models to us. Shipping to Romania is your responsibility — we recommend tracked, insured shipping.
What if I'm not happy with the result?

I constantly take photos and show you the progress throughout the project, so you can tell me what you'd like to change, add, or eliminate. This ensures you're happy with the final result before completion.
What if I change my mind after the piece is finished?

You can request changes up to 2 times after the project is completed. During the painting process itself, you're free to provide feedback and direction through the WIP photos I share with you.
Do you offer rush/priority service?

Yes, rush orders are sometimes available depending on our current queue. Rush service includes a 50% surcharge. Contact us to check availability for your deadline.
What happens if my package gets damaged in shipping?

All packages are insured and carefully packed with foam/bubble wrap. If damage occurs during shipping, contact us immediately with photos. We'll work with the courier and insurance to resolve the issue.
Can I see progress photos during painting?

Yes! We send WIP photos at major milestones (priming, base colors, details, completion). You can request specific angles or close-ups anytime. For Patreon supporters, we provide even more frequent updates!
